All Rihala products are digital and delivered instantly. Because of the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been downloaded or the download link has been accessed.
Technical problems
If your file is corrupted, won't open, or you received the wrong item, please email support@rihalaco.com within 14 days of purchase. We'll gladly send a working replacement or resolve the issue.
Duplicate or accidental purchases
If you were charged twice or bought the same product by mistake, contact us within 14 days and we'll refund the duplicate charge.
